Анотація

Спортивна політика інтегрує діяльність державних органів влади, спортивних організацій та спортивного бізнесу, виступає інституціональним чинником розвитку сучасного спорту. В умовах глобалізації зростає роль міжнародних суб’єктів управління розвитком спорту, серед яких особливий досвід має Європейський Союз. У статті розглядається основний зміст спортивної політики Європейського Союзу. Обґрунтовується важливість його використання для розвитку спорту в Україні.

Спортивная политика интегрирует деятельность государственных органов власти, спортивных организаций и спортивного бизнеса, выступает институциональным фактором развития современного спорта. В условиях глобализации возрастает роль международных субъектов управления развитием спорта, особый опыт имеет Европейский Союз. В статье рассматривается основное содержание спортивной политики Европейского Союза. Обосновывается важность его использования для развития спорта в Украине.

port policy integrates the activities of public authorities, sports organizations and sports business, serves as an institutional factor in the development of modern sports. In modern terms sports policy of the state is a complex of different activities aimed at regulating the relationship between sports organizations. The main objectives are the development of sports policy and national sports integration of country in the international sports movement. Each country has its own specific structure of sports organizations and manages their development as well as their own national legal basis for the settlement of sports relations. In a globalized maintenance and development of national sports law sports are inextricably linked with the international sports law.
Content analysis of contemporary politics around the world suggests that the state as a political institution performs important functions of coordination and resourcing of professional and mass sports, and integration between government, public and private sector of sports organizations and sports management.
The study of institutional models of sports development and content areas of sports management mechanisms in modern conditions of considerable interest is the sports policy of the European Union. Of particular importance in the system of EU sports policy should strengthen the role of sport in the lives of EU countries, the level of physical activity of the population, the improvement of sports law, the development of sports science, including sociology and statistics of sport. In general, the EU introduced policies to promote dialogue between the political authorities and sports organizations, professional, commercial, amateur, local sports, science and education, the media, and for the legal regulation of sports relations. EU policy aimed at improving and developing integrative role of sport in the lives of European countries.
Institute of sport in contemporary Ukrainian society is going through a difficult and controversial process of transformation under conditions of liberalization, commercialization and decentralization of management. Such changes require the introduction of new, adequate modern society requirements, rules and mechanisms regulate the of sports relationship. The study and use of international experience in the field of sports policy in case the EU could be a favourable factor of increase of social efficiency of institute of sport in Ukraine.
