Анотація

У статті проаналізовано політику пам’яті Української Держави в питанні пошанування жертв різних геноциді – Голодомору, Голокосту та Пораймосу. Автор проаналізував законодавче поле України в цьому питанні, здійснення державою комеморативних практик, проблему включеності символічними елітами жертв Голокосту й геноциду ромів у колективну пам’ять громадян України.

В статье проанализировано политику памяти Украинского Государства в вопросе увековеченья памяти жертв разных геноцидов – Голодомора, Холокоста и Пораймоса. Автор проанализировал законодательное поле Украины в этом вопросе, реализацию государством комеморативных практик, проблему включения символическими элитами жертв Холокоста и геноцида ромов в коллективную память граждан Украины.

The article analyzes the policy of Ukrainian State of commemorating of the victims of three genocides that were on its territory in 1932–1933 and 1941–1944. The author reveals the legislative framework of Ukraine on this issue, which gave him reason to approve the hierarchy of the legal framework of the state (preserving the memory of Holodomor victims is provided by particular state law, while the genocide of the Roms – by Parliament’s Resolution, and Holocaust Remembrance Day is itemized only by one point of Resolution "On the 70th anniversary of the Babi Yar tragedy").
Realization of commemorative practices, according to the author, demonstrates the fact that most consistently in Ukraine memory of those who was killed in the Holodomor is honoured, while Roma genocide is marginalized among "figures of memory". M. Gon tries to find some asymmetry in the state’s policy on commemorating of the victims of three genocides that in the 1930's - 1940's took place on its territory. In particular, he analyzes the specificity of reflecting of these tragedies in textbooks on Ukrainian history and world history, solves the problem of inclusion of victims of the Holocaust and the genocide of the Roms in the collective memory of citizens of Ukraine by representatives of its academic science.
The author ascertains the realities of victims of three genocides memory places’ arrangement, representation of the past of separate social groups by state in museums, which have government funding, and notes the fact, that public organizations, which are specialized on genocide of Jews studying and popularization of knowledge about it in Ukrainian society are not supported by state.
