Анотація

The publication explores the essence and parameters of the organizational, artistic, research, pedagogical, and publishing activities of leading professionals—artists, local historians, cultural managers, and educators—within the regional cultural space, whose efforts actively transform the modern spiritual environment of the country. The study emphasizes the universal characteristics of these individuals, shaped by shifting social circumstances and their contribution to preserving regional cultural heritage. An attempt is made to identify the correlation between professional education and subsequent research or organizational practice. The work highlights the significance of family upbringing, the creative environment, and intercultural communication in the formation of a modern specialist, proving that social conditions significantly influence the activation of the «cultural code» of an artist or cultural organizer. The author offers a series of proposals aimed at improving the current state of the industry.
