Анотація

У статті проаналізовано формування партій та партійної системи Чехословаччини, а згодом Чехії у період з 1990 р. до останніх виборів 2013 р. та визначено основні партії Чехії впродовж 1992–2015 рр.

В статье проанализировано формирование партий и партийной системы Чехословакии, а затем Чехии в период с 1990 г. до последних выборов 2013 г. и определены основные партии Чехии в период 1992–2015 гг.

Androshchuk I. M. Evolutionary conditions and characteristics of the formation of political parties and party system in the Czech Republic.
The article deals with the analysis of the features of political parties in the Czech Republic in 1990–2015. The separation of far-right parties in the Czech Republic is quite specific-conditioned, because they, unlike similar parties in other countries of Central and Eastern Europe, began to emerge and become quite popular and even relevant immediately after the collapse of communism in 1989 and the disintegration of Czechoslovakia in 1992–1993. And only after a relatively short period of time the far-right parties in the Czech Republic began to marginalize, completely losing the right side of the ideological spectrum against right and centre-right political parties. The outlined conclusion is confirmed by the experience of development and operation of such far-right parties as «Movement for Autonomous Democracy» – Party for Moravia and Silesia (HSD–SMS) and the «Association for the Republic» – Republican Party of Czechoslovakia (SPR–RSČ).
The author reviewed the history and origin of far-right, far-left and central parties in the Czech Republic and noted that modern range of political parties in the Czech Republic started to form immediately after the collapse of the communist regime in 1989, but has historical traditions, based on the experience of the party system and the principles of nationalism and agrarian republicanism during the Czech development in Austrian and Austro-Hungarian empires and in Czechoslovakia in the interwar period.
Since 1990, the party system in Czechoslovakia and later the Czech Republic has changed significantly. After democratic elections in 1990 in a party-political landscape of Czech society took place party union and separation, have appeared new and have renewed so-called «historic» political parties. Mostly these processes had electoral binding, as they often carried out on the eve of parliamentary elections.
