Анотація
У статті розглядається практика вирішення проблем сучасних міжнародних автомобільних перевезень між Україною та країнами ЄС.
В статье рассматривается практика решения проблем современных международных автомобильных перевозок между Украиной и странами ЕС.
The article deals with the practice of the solving of contemporary problems in international road transport between Ukraine and the EU. Since the proclamation of Ukraine as an independent state there was a gradual orientation of the EU in international road transport. Among the EU's largest trading partners of Ukraine in the 1990th – early 2000th were Germany, Italy, France, Spain, Austria and the Netherlands. Relations with these countries have been priority as a number of transport depended on the possibilities of travel to their territory or in transit through them. Carriers from these countries also showed a rather large interest in transportation through Ukraine. In connection with the accession to the European Union in 2004 countries bordering Ukraine (Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria), EU customs border was once the customs border of Ukraine. EU enlargement and Ukraine's accession to the WTO led to an increase in trade turnover between Ukraine and the EU Member States, which contributed to the expansion of the transport market, including automotive. But at the same time it exacerbated the problem of crossing the customs border Ukrainian carriers as increased vehicle downtime due to complicated customs procedures. Between Ukraine and the EU Member States in this area have developed quite a constructive relationship. Therefore, since Ukraine’s independence was brought into line with EU legislation, most technical, technological, organizational, environmental and procedural provisions of national legislation on international road transport. In addition, Ukraine has joined a number of international conventions and agreements on international road transport in order to create the legal basis of cooperation with the European Union.
