Abstract
The purpose of this study was to identify how the teacher peer feedback training could enhance the efficiency of the professional communication of the in-service teachers and to indentify how the sampled tearchers perceived the intervention.The study relied on quantitative and qualitative methods such as self-administered online tests, a scale, and a semi-structured interview. A semi-structured focus-group interview was used to identify how the sampled teachers perceived the sytervention. It was found that the created teacher peer feedback training environment could be used as leverage of managing the teachers' communicftion process that is supposed to stimulate their self-reflectoin and emotional control ehich aligns with the reviewed relevant studies.
