Анотація

Модернизация инновационной инфраструктуры Украины в процессе конвергенции с Европейским Союзом является императивом инновационного пути дальнейшего развития национальной экономики и необходимостью обеспечения экономической безопасности Украины. Инфраструктура становится специальной формой поддержки инновационных предприятий, соединяющим звеном обеспечивающим процессы интеграции науки и производства. Исследованы модели построения инновационных инфраструктур в разных странах мира. В условиях глобализации мировой экономики создание в Украине инновационной инфраструктуры становится решающим фактором для обеспечения процессов реструктуризации и постоянного развития национальной инновационной системы, повышения конкурентоспособности её товаров на внутреннем и внешнем рынках сбыта.

Modernization of innovative infrastructure of Ukraine in the process of convergence with the European Union is imperative for innovative ways of further development of the national economy and the need to ensure the economic security of Ukraine. The aim of the study is to identify the role of innovation infrastructure in the process of development of the national innovation system and the development of recommendations of its convergence with the economies of the European Union in conditions of tough limited state financing. Infrastructure becomes a special form of support for innovative enterprises as a link provides a process for the integration of science and production. Models of construction of innovation infrastructure in the different countries are studied. In the context of globalization of the world economy creating innovation infrastructure in Ukraine is becoming a decisive factor for processes of restructuring and constant development of the national innovation system, improve the competitiveness of its products in domestic and foreign markets. Integration with the EU is an effective way out of Ukraine's protracted economic crisis. The experience of Poland and Bulgaria showed that only by becoming a full member of the European Economic Community, Ukraine will be able to realize their potential for innovation and further economic development while preserving their national identity. Modernization of innovation infrastructure in Ukraine is the first necessary step towards the convergence of its economy with the economy of the European Union, and the achievement of the Maastricht criteria should be a strategic goal of national economic development.
