Анотація
Determinations of concepts "ethnic identity", "ethnic tolerance" are specified. The results of comparative analysis of ethnic identity of pupils from the different East and West regions of Ukraine testify to high level of ethnic tolerance. In life they use the typical methods of maintenance for the ethnic group, a language and customs of the people wish to keep. At the most pupils (sex of women and masculine) an ethnic identity is expressed on the type of norm, natural advantage of own ethnic-cultural values, high tolerance and readiness to peaceful intentions in multicultural mutual relations.
