Abstract

Cтаття розглядає специфіку функціонування оркестрового колективу, зокрема комплекс психологічних механізмів взаємодії між диригентом та учасниками творчого процесу. Комунікативна культура диригента є ключовим фактором для успішної взаємодії з оркестром та досягнення високих результатів в мистецтві. Для досягнення ефективної комунікації з оркестром диригент повинен володіти такими вміннями, як уміння слухати, ефективно спілкуватися, розуміти та використовувати невербальні засоби комунікації. Крім того, диригент повинен бути відповідальним та професійним, мати творчий підхід до своєї роботи та розуміти культурологічні аспекти оркестрового мистецтва. Усі ці аспекти допоможуть диригенту стати успішним лідером та відомим музикантом.
The article deals with the specifics of the functioning of an orchestral ensemble, in particular, a set of psychological mechanisms of interaction between the conductor and the participants of the creative process. The conductor's communication culture is a key factor for successful interaction with the orchestra and achieving high artistic results. To achieve effective communication with the orchestra, the conductor must possess the following skills: listening, effective communication, understanding and using non-verbal communication. In addition, the conductor must be responsible and professional, have a creative approach to his work and understand the cultural aspects of orchestral art. Communication between the conductor and the orchestra is a key element of successful music performance. In order for interaction to be effective, a conductor must have a variety of communication strategies and peculiarities of communication with orchestra members. The interaction between the conductor and the orchestra is very important for creating a high-quality performance. The conductor and the orchestra must work together to achieve a common goal - a professional performance of artistic works.
