Анотація
The article provides a comprehensive conceptual justification of the interaction between psychological, pedagogical, and value-based components in the process of professional self-development, which constitutes a key foundation for the effective training of highly qualified teachers. In the context of contemporary education, future teachers are expected to be capable of independent decision-making, creativity, responsibility, and continuous self-improvement. Therefore, the integration of motivational, axiological, and psychological aspects into teacher education becomes an essential condition for developing both professional competence and personal maturity.
